Stress Management workshop in partnership with staff from NHS Talking Therapies Team – 24 June 2020

Don’t worry if you missed, you can still watch the workshop!

Redbridge Faith Forum ran it’s first virtual event on Tuesday 24 June 2020 a workshop on “Stress Management during Covid19 in partnership with staff from NHS Talking Therapies Team; Dr Ranjot Bhogal and Jenny Palmer. This was a pilot for us Prior to the pandemic our plans were to hold a series of mental wellbeing workshops in faith venues and public buildings in Redbridge as well as some suicide prevention training workshops.  This webinar therefore was a new venture for us to deliver this virtually in partnership with the NHS Talking Therapies Team and we very much viewed this as a pilot with the hope that this maybe the first of a series.

We are planning to hold more webinars covering different topics. Would you be interested in further workshops on other topics these could include Anxiety, Depression, Bereavement, or if you have any other suggestions please email us on faith.forum@redbridge.gov.uk

If you were not able to attend the webinar there’s a youtube recording of the seminar although of course this does not include the interactive element as several participants did ask questions.
