Consultation future of our hospitals

Join the conversation and help design the future plans for King George and Queen’s hospitals

Over the last few months, Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust (BHRUT) has been reviewing what King George and Queen’s hospitals should look like in the future to make sure that all residents, regardless of where they live, can access high-quality services across both sites.

The plans will then be developed into what is called a clinical strategy.

Key to developing the plans is to hear from people who use the hospitals and other local health services to understand what matters most to them, and to hear their ideas to make services easier to access and better for patients.

The Trust is holding the first in a series of public events in January to do just that.

Everyone is welcome to come along and share their thoughts on what they would like their local hospitals to look like with clinicians and leaders from the Trust.

This is following on from an initial survey that was shared with patients, public, partners, stakeholders and hospital staff to start gathering views on the case for change and the priorities for the strategy.

There are three events, one in each borough, as listed below. Please register on Eventbrite  (via the links below) to reserve your place. Light refreshments will be provided.
