22nd June 2016 – WOMEN’S INTERFAITH WORKSHOP – “PRAYING”

The most recent women’s interfaith afternoon workshop was held on 22nd June on the topic of “Praying – How? Why? When? To Whom?” at the Redbridge Buddhist & Cultural Centre, 9 Balfour Road, Ilford IG1 4HP.

This was the first in a series of workshops which will provide the opportunity to consider the topic of prayer and our prayer life.  On this occasion we heard presentations from women from the Buddhist and Hindu communities and there was time for questions and answers.  In the following workshops we will have presentations from other faiths.
