CRIME & COMMUNITY SAFETY ENGAGEMENT SESSION

Our January Network Meeting on 26th January proved to be a very interesting and engaging meeting introducing many of us for the first time to the interactive tool Menti.Com.  This tool enabled participants to engage fully but anonymously in the meeting with their opinions and views being immediately visible to all on their device screens.  It gave everyone the opportunity to

  1. Interact with members of the Community Safety Team to “Have Your Say” on this vital topic for Redbridge Residents
  2. Share how you feel about your local neighbourhood and your safety in Redbridge
  3. Discuss your crime priorities and solutions with others.

You may be interested to learn that the meeting ranked their top 5 crime priorities for Redbridge to be

  1. Drug related violence
  2. Burglary
  3. Robbery with violence
  4. Domestic Violence
  5. Anti-Social Behaviour

It is not too late to share your views as there are two public surveys on crime, one for adults and one for children/ young people. The links to the survey can be found here, so please complete and share with others.
